sql操作中に抜けてしまい、中途半端にパスワードがかかって？
rootで入れなくなった。

.htpasswdをcactihtmlにコピー

もしcatci設定中に左上に赤字で「SNMP Error」、
/var/log/messageにsnmpdのREFUSEDがあれば
/etc/hosts.allow/denyでミスってるので
All : 127.0.0.1
して下さい。
